The person at the location was excellent ! He helped hook the trailer properly ! 5 stars to him. However uhaul made me go 100km Away from my location to pickup the trailer!
MUHAMMAD SReturned U-Haul that was damaged before I picked it up and now they are trying to blame me for damage. Texted about the mirror and I replied was broken when we picked it up and tv Friesen said on invoice I didn't answer back!
SHAUNNA AAsk for driver's license downloads days in advance instead of a couple of hours before pick up. Then customer can focus on getting all of there other stuff organized instead of doing the license download last minute. Besides that great experience
Russell FIt was long weekend there was no one there. Left trailer as close as possible as gate closed. Directions were incorrect and we ended up in a weird place. District manager had to direct us.
