I dropped it off after hours so I could not rate the personnel at the drop off location . The location did not have a sign that said Furniture Outlet anywhere. It was some type of auto repair shop. Knowing this would help people know they are at the correct location other than looking for other Uhual equipment.
Regina FEquipment was dirty but worse, they tried to charge me for double the miles I used. Even when "resolving" they still charged for more miles than used. Never sent any receipt or emails. Shady

Byron CU-Haul has been my go to travel partner for decades. For personal or business, U-Haul has cracked the code on being there to get you moved. Excellent customer service and just the right size for any situation.
Superi RThe complaint is that the Uhaul system was down so I was not able to upload pictures of damage to the trailer, leading to concern I would be charged. The email I received has no details in it as to where location was so I had to call Uhaul to confirm when and where. Day of pickup they had a hard time finding me in the system. Agents I interacted with through entire process were all very helpful.

Sue LWork with the owners of the location about taking care of their property so it professionally represents U-Haul. You really should send an associate acting as a customer to that location so that it may be assessed firsthand. It's not good. Further, make sure the rental equipment is properly maintained and in good working order. I rented a twin-axle car hauling trailer. The trailer brakes DID NOT WORK! U-Haul should reimburse me for the increased wear and tear on my brakes due to this unsafe equipment.
John SStaff was friendly, but the equipment wasn't maintained. Our pick up location was changed at the last minute; when we arrived there were two trucks available, and only one in the size we reserved. We were given a truck with the engine light on for a long-distance trip, and there were no other available trucks in the size we reserved.

Dennis YIf we hadnt had GPS giving directions, we would never have known it was Uhaul. In fact, the person driving even said, "Are you sure?" when I told him "We're here!" 2 Trailers were across the road, no trucks @ address. Definitely not high on a list. I realize it was a drop-off location. Not like any other Uhaul location I have ever seen.
Nancy WReservation was at 8AM, but the business didn't open till 9:30AM making the pickup process difficult until I was able to do the pickup process through my phone. The furniture pads I reserved were not in the truck as promised, which lead to having to go to another U-Haul location. Upon pickup, the truck was at 15 miles till E which I also found annoying.

Sean LWas hard to pick up truck, Person there did not handle truck. He gave us a number and it took 15 min to get through to someone on the phone who called him and gave him access to the key. No walk through was done. Very tight spot to pull out of with no help. ABS and Brake light was on.

Chris LWe had a reservation for a hitch and trailer. The day before the install, you called to say the parts weren't in. You then provided us with a 26' truck that we had to go get 2 hours away from us. Had my husband not been with me, I would not have been able to drive this 26' truck. The pickup location was unprofessional and the place looked like a junkyard. We ended up spending more in gas because we had to drive 2 cars. We won't be using Uhaul in the future.

However, the people who were running this location were not that great. Close this one up and send all the equipment across the street to the other convenience store.

Brandon HBike trailer was not ready at my scheduled reservation time of 10:30 am. Was told it was still being used by someone else and they would be bringing it back shortly. It was brought back almost 2 hours later and it didn't seem like it was a customer using it as perceived from my view when it did return. Kind of like a buddy was borrowing it. Reason I know it's odd is because the guy using it came back out of the office and proceeded to hook up the trailer for me as I was about to do it. Best part about that scenario is there was another bike trailer for in-town only that he could have used. Even though we were 2 hours late getting started on our trip back home, that is 12 hours of driving time alone, I got a $20 discount for waiting..........
John MNot professional. Cleaning crew was more knowledgeable about rental and contacting supervisor than person supposedly in charge. No place to sit to fill out on-line instructions. Out in sun whole time. Would not use this location again.

Ronald NAlways have had great service from them. Only issue this time was the blankets were wet or damp. We had to lay them out in the yard to dry before we could use them.

Something comes up at least twice a year family moving, building supplies need a truck or van to transport. We usually went to the Main Store 8-miles away. Will be traveling 3 miles and get the same or better service. Thanks Furniture Outlet. Great job!
Garry SThis Location’s building was still blown down from the hurricane Still I was able to rent an extremely well-maintained vehicle And his customer service was excellent I would definitely recommend renting from them they do their own vehicle maintenance on site The truck I rented was in perfect condition
