When I was ready to drop off, one of the attendees came out and guided me to return the auto trailer back in its parking spot. I was very pleased for U-Haul staff member to come out and helped me return and unhitched the auto trailer. Thank you very much

EDWIN HThe ease of renting good, customer service nice. The rest was : dirty dashboard sticky,, dust everywhere inside. The truck was dirty,, stained in the back where furniture was loaded, had to use my own tarp to cover the dirt,, no gas,, less than 50 miles. Turned in truck a day early still got charged. Not sure if I would rent a uhual again. Oh the truck was spilling oil and stained our driveway!
CYNTHIA HExcellent customer service. The female associate was very well presented and versed in Uhaul rental procedure. She made my experience very pleasant and fast. The only thing this facility may need is an electric Dolly in order to move and maneuver trailer equipment around for easier access for the next customer renting equipment. Overall Galaxy was great. Thank you. Keep up the great work.

Andy SIt is so hard for older people who have limited experience with cell phone and no instruction on site on how to do online return. There should be an email for instruction on how to return the equipment.

CALI TLate, took their time to open and get to us and just didn't seem to care. Interior was dirty but because I was already late I didn't check, it was also wet inside. I will never use that location again. It mattered to me since I had a long drive in front of me.

GLEN EI called uhauls 1-800 number ahead of my reservation to make sure the ball joint was an available by purchase. The associate connected me by phone with Galaxy Party Supply. I spoke to a man who said the did have the ball joint in stock and that it was $30. When I arrived I was told they have been sold out and that I was probably connected by phone to a different location of the store. It was a massive inconvenience that costed me an hour or more as I tried to locate the right part multiple times before I was successful. It would be helpful if the associate had connected me to the right store or better yet if the phone number for the pick up location was provided in the reservation confirmation.
