Sandy DTrailer had broken tie downs on inside. Had to wait almost 15 minutes to actually get our equipment and that person didn't know what he was doing. He never checked us in as picking up the trailer. Had to go over everything with another representative that called the next day after the trailer had been dropped off and my original reservation was canceled. Have never had this kind of experience with uhaul and we use them all the time.
