Lady in the office was rude and not helpful at all. We had to do everything for ourselves and staff there did nothing to help hook up, inspect or run down the additional materials we ordered and they didn't have at this location.

The location itself is fine, but this is a TOWING COMPANY and it has "NO PARKING" signs everywhere on the property. As I was only needing the truck for a short period of time I needed to leave my car AND NOT GET TOWED. I ended up waking the incall wrecker driver at the business to verify that I would not be towed if I parked. I was only able to get an answerable number from UHaul

the customer service was rude to me and kept hanging up on me or putting me on hold it took and hour of me to keep calling to get somone on the phone that would help me

I had a great experience with U-Haul and I will use them again.

They changed the pick up time and did not notify. When I called they said if I didn't pick up in 15 minutes they would give it away.

I say this about the first location Erics, the second place i was sent to Gators recovery was helpful, clean and i would recommend them anytime.

The entire experience was horrible from start to finish. We did a report and filed a claim about the experience over a week ago. No one has followed up. We were out a lot of money and time because of U-Haul. Will never use again and will not recommend.

The only issue was the the schedule drop off time set by the Uhaul reserveation was 830am. The place of drop off dies not open until 9am. The address for the drop off on the uhual site does not take trailers. You have to go to the other location for trailer drop off. Did not know that until I called the drop off location.

Upgrade computer software or Internet service. I had to go outside and set up on my phone. After that things went well. I think you needed too many references and phone numbers from me to rent this, I almost just stopped it and bought my own trailer.

I went back to hook up the 5x8 cargo trailer the door was open and bunch of leaves had blown in. I didn't mind but if a lady went to get the trailer you have to hook up yourself. Rest of places I been too they hook it up so it will be rite. Like I said I didn't mind but I do have a bad back after 2 surgeries.

My experience was an absolute nightmare!! It was so many things wrong!! I would never recommend anyone this headache!!! 24/7 is more trouble than it's worth. It is not user friendly at all!!!!

One small glitch when we discovered the truck needed oil. It was immediately rectified. The staff was friendly and helpful. Next time we need a truck, this is where we'll go!

I pulled up to the location, shut the vehicle down. Got out of the vehicle and removed my articles. Following this I went in to the facility. When I went in I went to the desk. The lady looked at me and said "are you going to do it or am I? ". I told her that I was checking it in. And she said "ok, give me the keys". I gave her the keys. And then she responded "BYE.". And I left. Total experience is unacceptable......

Staff informed us we could save some money by dropping off our rental at another location. That was nice but the change was not made to our rental agreement. We then received a call from the original drop-off site three after we dropped the vehicle off with the alarming news our vehicle had not yet been checked in. I then called our drop-off site in Milan and reminded hime to note the truck had been returned. If you need me to point out what needs to be addressed here then these surveys are pointless.

I spent way more money than I should have for 3hrs and because of that I will never use uhaul again.

Nothing, wonderful service all around. I called a little before closing and he stayed over and got me well taken care of!!! 100 % satisfactory across the board!!!!!!

This place was very unorganized and unprofessional at times. I showed the renter my confirmation number and the exact truck and price, but he decided to not listen to give us a different size and charged me 100 dollars extra without telling us what was all included. When we pointed out the obvious, he got really frustrated with us when we didn't do anything!! we told him to give us the truck that was on my reservation/confirmation page with the exact price. He argued that the price will not change but after he plugged in the numbers, there was $100 difference in price... And then after paying, he couldn't find the key to the truck only to find out that the night before, he rented out OUR truck to someone else on accident without double checking... and we are already 2 hrs behind schedule. So he had to call the HQ get it all figured out. This was such a mess and I will not go back to this place if I had a chance and highly NOT recommend this place for business.
