Victor MOK - so you have these just Ok and normal places to do business with. This is not one of those places. If you want to receive the best service by the most top quality people - In The Business - This is the place to go. If I ever got to the point I was just bored and wanted to just take a drive - I would go here and rent a Uhaul so I could hang out with these folks for a few minutes !!!
WILLIAM HThere are great U-Haul locations and then there are those REALLY GREAT U-HAUL LOCATIONS !!! You know what I'm talking about people who run the office like they own it. They really care about you, glad to see you, and everything's ready to go! Big shout out to Nikki and Danielle !!!!!

William BThe truck we rented was full of ants and I have a few ant bites on my body that I had to put benadryl cream on such as my arms, and 2 on my leg, and inside my thighs. My fiancee let the sweet lady at the front desk know that there was ants in the U-Haul.

Sherley ROH WOW ! I love renting Uhauls here. I checked out my truck with the phone and it was late at night. Even though the location is really well lit up - I dropped my credit card on the ground after typing the information into the app to pay for the truck. They open at 8,3 and something like 8,31 I got a call that they had found my card. Just a bunch of very caring folks here - THE BEST PLACE IN GRIFFIN TO GET A UHAUL !!!!
