The issue I have is that my original pickup location that was scheduled did not have my trailer so I had to go to a further away location to get it and no refund of any money for my rental.

I'm not happy with the final price it was way more than expected
SHARON PAlthough the originally reserved 26' truck was not available (broke down the day before), Shaun was there to assist and would have waived mileage cost to grab it down from the Apollo Beach location. We went with the 20' truck instead since it was there, rate was discounted to that truck; truck looked brand new, so well maintained!

Upon arrival, he came out to the truck and asked how was my drive, then invited me into the store as he checked-in the truck. Friendly service; best overall.

ELIZABETH BUpon arriving to pickup the rental van (because no truck was available at the time of my reservation) that I had reserved, Norm, the proprietor, advised that a truck was just returned and he could have it ready in 5 minutes. We'll, it actually took him 6 minutes, but in 6 minutes I was on my way. Thanks Norm for your quick and efficient work.
