My truck did not have the dollies I had on my contract in it. I had to go to three different U-Haul sites to ask about it and got verbally berated by one U-Haul employee who accused me of not having them on my contract and said I was taking them away from his "paying customers", when that is also what I was. To improve this, I would make it more clear to customers where they can find their dollies when they do remote pickup for their truck.

The drop off location is not marked with an address or signage. Difficult to find. Dubious place at night with no lights. Terrible. U-Haul needs to do a better job in giving a description on the location.
Pedro ORenting the U-Haul was initially easy and dropping it off was easy, but when they switch the location for the pick up to a place where I had to have a code to get the key, it was a bit of a challenge.
BENJAMIN BThe person at Get Gas was helpful and friendly. Back in the day I was able to pick up a truck in my neighborhood and it was all the headache of self checking in.
MATTHEW MThe building was under construction. There were no signs showing the company name. The only indication was a U-Haul banner tied to a chain link fence. There wasn't an orange key drop off box. I asked someone if there's a key drop off and a guy told me to just give him the key. There was no communication.

Leslie AThis location is was next to a very trashy area and gas station. There was a homeless person that bothered us. The windshield was very dirty.
