They are awesome! Even when the trailer I reserved wasn't back yet, they worked with me to get what I needed to get the job done!!!!

Albert WI had a 20 foot truck and a bit more room to back up would be helpful. Otherwise, all was great.
PETER RBecause there was no parking and I had to go around the block like two extra times so they sent me a bill for gas 4,4 pr gallon plus and that is ridiculous and there hit me another fee I was over by like two miles on my milage if your going to be that fussy gpsthe customers route and then give them some room if there is a any good parking and do just hit them with another bill we don't know how to do your job fore you and if you not capable get a different job

RICHARD DThe businessman who rented the U-Haul truck was outstanding. He went out of his way to give me a great customer experience. I would recommend that U-Haul provide more than one pickup truck to rent out at this location. There are times when there are 3 customers who want a truck. Customers need to have more trucks available to rent at this location.

James TDue to uhauls inability to recognize the companies holiday hours (they were closed for holiday) and inform the owner before they closed of my reservation, my equipment was covered in snow and ice and was not legally drivable. This owner went out of their way on their day off to provide another truck for me. Uhaul has done this multiple times to the pickup/drop-off location. Please improve your communication, especially during holidays.
