Ariana RU-Haul has been incredibly frustrating to deal with-this is the second time they've nearly derailed our entire move. I received a call just thirty minutes before my scheduled truck pickup informing me that the location I booked three weeks in advance would only allow a one-day rental for the size of truck requested. That's completely unworkable for a family of four trying to move. They took an unreasonable amount of time to find an alternative and showed zero empathy for the disruption they caused. On top of that, they failed to apply the mileage discount they promised-yet another broken commitment. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. I strongly recommend avoiding U-Haul if you're planning a move.

WALTER BEverything was great, except for the door on the truck. It was extremely hard to open and close. We W D 40 it and that helped, except for closing it. I never could close it without the help of someone else.

Mark MLocation was closed even though it was supposed to be open. We arrived at 4:30 to drop off the vehicle, sign on the door said "closed at 5pm". Trying to work through the app to check in the vehicle was difficult. When we called the next morning to try and get confirmation that the vehicle was received, there was no answer and we didn't get a call back.

BLAKE AThe Uhaul app left me standing there for 20 plus minutes attempting to unlock/get my keys. The instructions disappeared from the screen with no way to return to the screen. After unanswered phone calls to Uhaul and three or 4 chats (chat on my screen would end if I went to another screen on my phone to retrieve the answers to their questions--this is ridiculous. Just go back to texting instructions. Zero stars for the Uhaul app

Richard FI did not get the names of the people there, they too provided outstanding service. They backed the car trailer back for me and took minutes to do that and unhook it. The paper work to complete the transaction was efficient and all of the employees are friendly and professional we thank you very much
ernest tThis site was out of the way and the equipment was returned here due to UHaul requst and a rental price reduction. The 24/7 app was used and no contact was made with site personnel. This site needs more signage at the street to be able to locate it easier.
