Difficult check in/ out. Not an issue with the location itself- but the U-Haul app/ system was not working properly

I bought the reservation online, it wasn't supposed to be this location and the salesman lied saying they only had one bigger than I needed. This location was closed the day off reserved pick up. Took forever to get, and only thanks to the owner picking up his personal cell phone and being willing to help. Will never rent from uhaul again.
Jaden EWhen we came, there was no indication as to how to receive a key. We walked in, and there was no one there. Apparently, most people get a code to open the lockbox with the key. Our reservation had no code, the app just said to go inside and retrieve a key. The location operator was not even there; an acquaintance found a family member of the operator. Said family member was unfamiliar with the business and recommended we call the operator, who did not answer. Eventually the operator got in contact with their relative who managed to open the lockbox and give us the key. There would have been no way to get our key without the chance encounter with the acquaintance.
Ethan HThe location is tiny, I missed the driveway and had to try to make a U-turn with a truck hauling a trailer, then the building was closed even though the sign said open and it was during business hours. I never entered the location so I don't know if it was clean and inviting. The phone number to the store also did not work. Thankfully the person listed a cell number so I was able to get in touch with someone to drop the truck and trailer off.
