They were charging my card for two trips the whole first week and now are scamming me claiming I drove 110+ miles when the truck sat in a parking lot for 70 % of the rental period. they also made a 10 day trip 11 days, and at one point had three open contracts for one trip. This whole experience has been a nightmare since they had asssigned us a vehicle we couldnt even access out the gate..

The equipment was good but dirty. It was easy to pick up and return, but you charged too much for it.
Angel CSite had no one on premise to do check in/return even though when I first filled out the reservation i requested counter check in. Was initially charged for 4 days when truck was only rented for 1 day, but when bringing back the truck I could not use the return process on the app (service error), tried to call the location multiple times that day and the following day and all calls when to voice mail. Left messages with no response. Had to settle being charged for a 2 day rental when it was only used for 1 day and returned on the same day after calling corporate to get the bill straightened out.
Francis DIncorrect location, when I called the location I was told to go to another location several blocks away in an unsafe neighborhood. The person/mechanic assisting me had, very visibly, a gun on his hip.
Ferdinand VU-Haul was at a different location than listed. There were multiple issues picking it up. U-Haul was not in a good condition when picked up.
Abbey WThis was the worst experience that I've ever had with u-haul. The representative nor the van was available at ten o'clock when I was scheduled to pickup the van. No one answered the phone until 10:45 and told me the keys were in the unlocked van an d to go ahead and take it. When I got in the van it was on E-empty and the dolly that I rented was not in there. When I called several times afterwards I could not get anyone on the phone. I was charged almost $50 for fuel and fueling charges and another day rental fee. I understand I returned the van later than 10:00am but the van was not available to me until way after my scheduled 10:00am pickup time. I would like either the fuel charge or the second day rental fee to be removed from my credit card.

Thomas FIt was more of my mistake by not taking a picture of the entire dashboard but only the gas gauge because it was way below 5/8. I prepaid for 20 miles. I didn't do over twenty miles in North Philly in one day. I believe the employee I gave the keys too ran the miles up more. Just my assumption. I noticed a $30 difference from another rental and new location.
Almetta BI made a reservation for 10 am for the equipment. I arrived 15 min early, the office was closed. After a convoluted set of events, I was able to speak with the owner. I finally got the equipment over an hour after the agreed time. The trailer had the right signal lights off and was not equipped with a winch. The missing winch would have been useful information. I was not able to use the equipment in the end.
