JILL MNot that it affects the pickup or exchange but the locations overall appearance was not good at all. I was taking this trailer out of state over 900 miles and looking at the absolute disarray and dump like conditions made me concerned that the equipment is managed the same. The guy was nice and I get it, everyone has their struggles. It's just very concerning to me that these things are just flipped back to back and you get the luck of the draw. I got luck this time and I am truly grateful. I would definitely rent from U-Haul again I just would prefer less of the uneasy feeling that this equipment isn't managed and maintained.

CHRISTINE OOnce again information from my original reservation that I could drop it off anywhere along the route proved to be inaccurate. I was informed at drop off that U-Haul was going to charge a very large additional amount for not dropping at a perceived final destination. Thankfully they have not charged for this although it was very disheartening to hear after an otherwise uneventful trip with the equipment.
David DEveryone was great I wouldn't have been able to get any better service from any of the three places I dealt with. From reserving to pick up and drop off. Would use any of them for rentals again.
