Drop off was a little confusing. I followed instructions on the door to leave key with business next door, but evidently they did not check it in properly The owner was fantastic and assisted us with check in over the phone. They were extremely accommodating
Larry TThe key wasn't in the correct box, so I had to call customer service to get help. Not a big deal, but it was cold and annoying. Otherwise, everything was great. I really like the ability to check out a truck at eight P.M. and return it a few hours later.

JOHN WOnly thing is was not told about using the link to verify condition of the truck and so on, I was handed the keys and told have a nice day. The link expired before I could use it later on. I returned the truck with fuel requirements met and with no damage.

GARY COnce again, I chose the checkin online feature and it wasn't actually a checkin online location. I had to go in for a key. I arrived at the U-Haul and started the checkin process only to have to drive back around the building for the key. I got the key and drive all the way back around the shopping center only to find out it's the wrong key. I drove back around and had to exchange keys. I go back around to get in the U-Haul and finish checking in only to realize The dolly I had ordered wasn't in the U-Haul and I had to go back once again. This whole process took nearly an hour and wasted my time that I could've been spending actually moving. Instead, I ran out of time to get a second load. It should've taken less than 10 minutes for me to check in through the app to get my U-Haul without having to get the key from someone. Isn't that the point of online checkin?

mary mWas only supposed to be $49 and ended up charging me $276 because the bed of the truck wasn’t swept out didn’t know I had to do that, and then tried to charge me for damages that I didn’t even do to the truck we took the pictures out in the freaking sunlight and how am I supposed to clean out the bed when it’s freaking pouring down raining when we brought it back?

ZACHARY BTruck was very clean except for windshield inside looked like several cartons of cigarettes were smoked inside cab with windows up and caused a really bad glare at night making it hard to see when passing oncoming traffic…. Truck also had really bad exhaust manifold leak making it loud, probably hard on gas and you could smell fumes inside the cab, definitely would not pass DOT Inspection….

Dan LWhen I arrived, no one was on site, but they had a sign with a number to call. So I called, and rather than being told I needed to wait for him to return, we formulated a suitable plan to return the equipment without much inconvenience.
Daniel EConnie was a real nice lady. Easy to talk to. Explained the hook up of the trailer. Professional. Friendly. The place was clean. Everything was good. I can't think of any improvements to make. Represents u-haul well.
dianna gYour agent didn't tighten the nut on the trailer very well and I drove for 30 min before I reach destination … I did tighten the nut at that time but drove thinking this trailer was going to be loose again on my way to columbus … thankfully it held after I tightened it. It was cold and she came out right away so I did appreciate her timeliness.
Rebecca BI reserved online at a different location.. that went horrible.. the Williamstown KY location met me after hours to accommodate my needs… I won’t go online again or at Corinth KY location.. I will drive 15 more minutes and deal with Williamstown
Michael CThey didnt have the right size trailer and I felt incredibly uncomfortable driving the larger trailer. Caused lot of stress and anxiety, overall terrible experience.
JARED SHeather at the Crittenden it location was very nice and went above and behind to help me. And her Mom at the Williamstown location was so nice to me. And knew what she was doing with hooking up the trailer!!

GARRY GWas a rip off to pay a flat fee and then a Mileage fee after only 41 miles. Does not allow for any travel to locations where we were picking up cargo

Paul ZPrice charged was higher than advertised price on U-haul.com Be sure to verify this before you pick up because they tell you they can't do anything about it and then corporate tells you you have to go back to the location. Trailer was in great shape and customer service was good until after payment was received and then we needed help.

Faye HWeather (winter) is always a factor. Keeping necessary equipment to free stuck trailers in ice etc. is a good thing. We were able to free the trailer and be on our war. Location and easy to get to makes it easy as well. We'll be back.
