All the uhauls were covered in snow and ice and the parking area was also covered in at least a foot of snow. I called the owner 5 times without an answer and on the 6th time he finally answered and I explained to him that we spent 30 minutes trying to get it out of the parking lot and that the milage and gas were messed with bc of not being able to get the truck out. He said and I quote " trucks fine, you're fine, have a great day" and hung up. I retired the truck on time and put gas back where it was and still was charged with a fuel charge. It was the WORST experience I've ever had with UHaul.

The online process was very concerning for me and I have to keep getting Verification codes for every little thing was so annoying and if you made mistake and you try to go backwards it would take you back to the very first screen that was annoying but as far as the truck it was clean but the tire sensor light was on continuously the engine light was on so it made me a little weary of the tire pressure.. but other than that it was a it was fine experience

RICHARD DDrop off was a little confusing. I followed instructions on the door to leave key with business next door, but evidently they did not check it in properly The owner was fantastic and assisted us with check in over the phone. They were extremely accommodating
Larry TThe key wasn't in the correct box, so I had to call customer service to get help. Not a big deal, but it was cold and annoying. Otherwise, everything was great. I really like the ability to check out a truck at eight P.M. and return it a few hours later.
