The rep was nice but she did not properly do an inspection prior to sending me off. I never received any inspection paperwork and the truck clearly and visibly had damage, prior to leaving. Once I got in the truck, I noticed that it only had a half of a tank of gas and she wrote down, 3/4 of a tank and brushed it off. Outside of that, her employee walked me through on how to hook up the tow dolly and that was helpful. I wish her employee did the check out because it probably would have gone smoother.
ROBERT Dreservations are key. U-Haul called me about the trailer I wanted to pick up from another U-Haul location did not the trailer I needed, and I was told that Guess Transport had the trailer I requested. Great customer service for this rental.

KRISTINA PThe staff was friendly. They hooked up the wrong trailer and tried to correct it in the system. However, this mistake was not easily corrected and took almost an hour to correct. I trailer hung too low and even lower once loaded. I ended up stopping in Lexington Kentucky and I had to have my hitch replaced because I was dragging. I did not have this issue on my drive from Florida to Indiana. Only on my drive back to Florida.
