MARILYN BAfter charging me 113 for a short move they charged me an other 50 and this is after the sent a receipt and said it would all come out at once. horrible place do not rent from here. I'm calling in the morning to get this figured out awful

HARRY MTruck was dirty
MARK JI mentioned before that the governor put me in extreme danger. I was traveling on the interstate and was in cruise control and the truck slowed to 50. I had to stop and pull over with large trucks only having inches of clearance. I started the truck and had a difficult time getting up to a safe speed. I was very scared and not sure what the purpose of having an extra level of danger in an already dangerous situation!

ROBERT MJames and Mindy couldn't have been more helpful in efficiently and easily renting a 26' U-Haul to move my household goods. They both bent over backwards to make my plan workout and ensure I was informed on the process and comfortable with the costs. James even parked the truck for me when I dropped it off as I wasn't comfortable backing the large truck into a tight spot. Highly recommend this location to rent and the owner is fortunate to have such great employees working for them. Last statement, they are military friendly as well !

WILLIAM VA trailer tongue lock would have made me feel better while traveling cross country. It need a special tongue lock similar to the tow vehicle's hitch insert. Dealer didn't have one. It could be an add-on feature when picking up the rental.

Demontra JThis is a very convenient location. The truck was exceptionally well maintained and clean. It was mechanically sound and one of the best that I have ever rented from U-Haul.. the U-Haul app made pick up and return very easy.

CHRISTINE DI rented a truck last week and the service that this location provided was top notch. With this next particular rental, I could not return the truck on the designated date due to one of my movers getting into a deadly car accident upon heading home after working all day for me. I was in a really bad head space and upon calling Mindy, she changed my due date to allow me to rent the truck for another day. She was so empathetic and I believe she had the change made in the computer before we ever got off of the phone. Such a simple procedure that helped so much. James is such a great guy also. The system went down when I was trying to rent my truck and he was very patient and was able to get me into my truck in a very short period of time. This location at 3120 Gulfbreeze Parkway, 32563 is the place I will only rent from , from now on. Please give these two employees a raise! (If possible).

IDA BI dropped the trailer off after hours, using the U-Haul App. I did not have any interaction with staff. The facility was very clean and organized, and was easy access to drop the trailer after hours.

RAYMOND LExcellent service à la clientèle. The staff at this location are friendly and efficient. Our truck was quite old with over 160 000 miles on it, but it was clean and well-maintained and we had no problems at all.
TERESA PThe location was a bit of a challenge due to Hwy 98 road work - nothing you folks can do about that. The lady that processed us was excellent. Efficient, communicative, courteous, and pleasant. She's a keeper.

John SThrough no fault of the specific location, the rented truck had a medium sized (roughy 4inX4in) dent on the top left side of the rear frame and a check engine light. Mindy made light work of the dent by using the standard X stickers, so no issues there. Mindy quickly grabbed a OBD scanner from the office and plugged it in; it was determined to be a bad catalytic converter sensor (P0420). I knew this was safe to drive so I accepted receipt of the vehicle. When a catalytic converter sensor goes bad it often equates to poor fuel mileage, which it did. I spent $100 on fuel going 250ish miles, which I am unsure if reasonable or not to be honest. All in all, Mindy did a great job reassuring the code was safe by reaching out to her regional support team and verified its safety. Great trip with no issues for me! Merci!

RICHARD HTo be 29,95 for 4 hours and be charged 113,5 is pricey. I will know to go to get a truck with unlimited miles for what i needed it for. Lesson learned. Plus I gave my cc info to the girl who got my information about renting and when they got there it was not on file. Aggravating but once again lesson learned.
