was okbut no one there when we dropped off. charged us a late fee when dolly was back at 1:30p. never told what time to have back to avoid fee. It was refunded after I sent a email.

No one was there, by the time uhaul could find a location that would accept the truck and trailer we had to drive to an unknown town. They were closed by the time we got there.

We ordered Uhaul a month before we planned to move and the website confirmed the location would be Dubuque. However, the morning before we were informed we had to pick up in Guttenberg. Ok, we understand there are a lot of moving parts but having to drive 60+ MILES out of the way with NO compensation for the extra mileage was startling. We rearranged our schedule and family help to adjust for the change in location but we are still disheartened that uhaul was unable to help financially with the hour drive or the extra gas needed to pick up our trailer.

He was having trouble with u-haul internet. He could not bring up my reservation and the site would not accept credit cards. I ended up having to pay cash to get what I needed.

First, I originally reserved the trailer for pickup in Dubuque (45 minutes away). A day before I got the call. Granted, I made the reservation a month in advance. In short, the location who helped me was top notch but the uhaul system is terrible and I not likely to rent from uhaul again.

We ended up taking the truck 5 miles to island and after speaking to several neighbors, did not have to empty house due to flooding. We returned after 2 hours, put gas in and returned unused. We were disappointed we were charged for the day. We will rethink using uhaul in the future. In the past, we had a positive result. The Greenes
