Not best facility for pickup but works and practical for me. Equipment was not well clean as it was stored beneath trees. Parking space is not delineated so I had to manage to accommodate trailer.

SHAWIL SAs a drop off location it was sufficient. But because it was connected to the Shell station it was difficult to tell where you needed to go. I don't know how it would be as a pick up location because it wasn't very clear that it was a truck rental location.

Brian WWhen we picked up uhaul trailer, it was covered in snow, tire pressure not checked, right brake lights were not working. I called place in NJ where we picked it up and they said to shake wire. I didn't feel safe with that so I called customer service and they sent someone out who was excellent and temp. re-wired trailer lights, checked tire pressure, the right rear had 26 PSI so had to add air. He said when we arrive at destination to tell them they need to re-wire they whole trailer. We lost a whole day due to this problem and missed our deadlines. I feel U Haul should compensate for this!

Brian WI used the trailer for two days. Brought it back and they way over charged me after letting the attendant know the trailer was back, when I did return it. 70 dollars experience went to 170. Called for a refund and they said it will be 5 days. Go to an actual U-Haul location stay away from these small places. Been renting for twenty plus years with no problems from actual u haul locations.
William SThe operator hardly paid attention to the rental transaction at all. I had to wrangle the equipment myself. Location is chaotic and dangerous. Operator failed to check my equipment back in after I returned it. Seriously the worst U-haul experience I've ever had and I will never rent from that guy again.

Brian RYou app and website are not very good. I am renting a motorcycle trailer, I should not have to say that I don't want moving help or boxes or anything else. Also a quick "repeat rental" option should be used. That way I can tap on my previous order and move forward. Also I shouldn't have to upload a photo of my license for every rental.
Jason FYour on your own at this facility (even with staff on duty) with pickup or drop-off at least on a Saturday during business hours so study up on the U-Haul self serve information.
MARTY HNot reachable by phone. Did not log in that I dropped off the trailer on Monday. After three days of trying to reach them I had to drive back and ask them to log in the trailer.
Jeffrey Cdrop off location was affixed to a gas station. the on duty personnel only expressed to drop off trailer in rear not providing any assistance or further directions. this gas station is also a repair shop and attempting to find a suitable place to put trailer was next to impossible
Steven MService at this location was excellent. However, the experience with the whole reservation was a nightmare to say the least. I received confirmation email the day before my pick up citing my trailer was available only to learn the day I was moving out was not. Nobody helped me with the exception of a nice lady from a facility in NJ. This was the most nerve wracking experience of the whole process. Basically, I was waiting with over 20 boxes, a 3 year toddler and a dog to learn my trailer was not available. The. I get a location that was 1,5h away from my house! That meant 3 extra hours of driving with a kid. This whole situation was horrible. I will never use or recommend your company to anybody!
