Staff was excellent. Met us early before they opened to make sure pick up went well. Had everything ready and both pick up and drop off were convenient.

JOSEPH BThis location was a switched pick up from what was originally scheduled because they did not have my scheduled truck. I understand these things happen but the original pick up was 10 minutes from my rural home. Hall's was 50 minutes each way over rural roads. If my nephew, who would be driving, did not have GPS I don''t know how I would have gotten there since my Susquehanna County map is not very good and often roads have no number or name. And even GPS was a challenge since cell service is spotty. Once there things were handled well and they added some additional miles for the 22 mile trip to pick it up. That was essential since I needed a little more the the 190 miles on the contract.

He tried to help us when we were having issues with picking up what we needed to be delivered home. He stayed late past his normal business hours. He helped us figure out a solution and got us a deal.

Jerry FTerrible experience with UHaul. Reserved truck and auto transport. Day before UHaul called and said they didn't have an auto transport in that pick up location and I'd have to drive 20miles in the opposite direction to get the trailer after getting the truck . Then day of UHaul called and said that the combo I was able to order online doesn't work and I'd have to upgrade to the bigger truck which is at the same location as the trailer (25mins of driving) we get the truck and trailer. Truck is dirty. Trailer is missing safety chains. Waited over an hour for the guy to try and find another chain. Never did drove 5hrs with no safety chains. Gas gauge in truck sticks and reads at an incorrect level. Customer service sucks. I will never use UHaul again
Lauren AThis location is a car and truck repair location. Not much U-Haul inventory. Not much space for parking and storage. Workers are very friendly and will help with any issue you have. Very accommodating
DOUGLAS SWhen I made the reservation for the truck I would expect the truck to be located close to where I needed it. Why bring a truck to a place 40 minutes away from where your customer needs it with U-hauls near by where they could get it. Though the lady there was friendly and very nice and understanding. But the place was way out of the way in the mountains. This does not make your customers happy.

MICHAEL BI made a reservation for this truck at a location nearer to my business than this...and on the day of the pick up received an email with the confirmation to come here... I picked up 2 other trucks at the original location and was disturbed that all 3 trucks were not at the same location.... I should have been notified by phone ...and would have expected U HAUL to move the truck to the location that i reserved.
