ANTHONY TClean the uhauls before I pick it up and I showed them it was dirty before I left and I did your pictures thing before I left and the employees when I showed them how dirty the inside and cab was dirty and the dirt in the back they said looks dirty to me I asked if they would clean it and I did not get answers I was on a time issue and had to clean it myself and would like some money off for my troubles

Belinda OAlthough the process was quite smooth, I do not appreciate the fact that the gas hand was having some sort of issue and did not read correctly so instead of putting the agreed upon amount in the tank we ended up filling it up. We paid more for gas than we paid for the truck in whole. Not pleased and was told that we wouldn't receive any form of compensation

CHRISTOPHER IThe U-Haul employee who arrived to open the store (early, I might add, as I was waiting) was extremely helpful and friendly, especially since it was the morning after the 4th of July. Positive attitude and quick to help. AAA+++. I don't remember his name but he should be noted for his attitude.

KEith WLocal rental 10ft truck was'nt clean(dry mud on floor, inside needed wiping down from last rental. Error with charges was corrected after a phone call. The location is above average. The staff seems good. Other ? ?.
