Clean properly. Door sign need to be fixed. Keep say door was open but was close. Mr.Tony was a blessing to in counter.

No spare tire for a 3 700 mile winter drive from Alaska through Canada down to Arizona! No plug in for freezing Alaska and Canada temperatures, no communication at all from anyone, had to call several times to get confirmations and information (answers were to the tune of: "Probably" and "I think so" which is not comforting at all)

Location didn't have the appliance dolly I asked for. Returned truck a day early and still got charged for the next full day.

I did the online drop off on a Sunday, so I did not get a chance to meet anybody at this location. This location does not have a way for people to get into the gate. If there are no other truckers or patrons at this location. I happened to look out that there was somebody there not from U-Haul. So I was able to drop off the truck. U-Haul customers should be able to get through the gate After hours in order to drop off their vehicle's. Somebody should look into that.

The equipment was covered in snow and not ready for our pick up at all. The employee that my husband spoke with, did not help him hook it up, or even shovel snow off of it so he could get it hooked up to the vehicle. Very poor customer service at this location - they could learn something from the College Rd shop, those people were extremely helpful and friendly!

Hard to find the entrance. Need a bigger sign . Great people. Great service check in

I really like the price . I was needing vehicle go work in the medical field. But, inside was durty with ashes from cigarettes all around floor doors little box doors. Smelling. I am not a smoke but insist have time to said anything. Just pick up and go to do my work . I am not complaining but maybe next time I still like the service.

Employees could not answer why we were getting charged an additional $160. Took 45 minute to return the vehicle.
