My only issue with the drop location is that they also run a landscaping business and the office had an overwhelming smell of gasoline from the lawn equipment parked in the adjacent garage.

The Harveys location was fast and freindly. I would recomend renting a uhaul from this location.

LORETTA RI was told the day before I was going to pick up the truck and car hauler that my pick up location had changed. I agreed to the change and given extra miles. But because of the short notice I failed to realize that I didn't have a ride to pick up the vehicle. As a result I had to pay $70 to Uber for a ride there. During morning rush hour traffic The original location was right on the way to my wife's work. So I was not happy about that.

LARRY JDuring our drive we had to have 2 bad trailer tires replaced. One of them didn't have any tread and the tire was wobbling like it was going to fall off. The other tire had the belt break through the tread. After the tires were replaced the metal piece that holds the axle in place rusted through and we had to have the trailer towed. This was the worst experience we have ever had with U-Haul.
JENNIFER WThis is a pickup with the app spot!!!! U-Hual has issues with allowing payment to go through which is a hassle. This will be my second time renting and there is literally an issue every time that takes at least 30 mins to resolve. I am not sure who is responsible for the locks put on the trucks but that was another 10 minutes issue due to the lock being stuck. I had to find something to pry it open so we could get the key to the truck. As far as the location or site I picked up or dropped off… how can you rate a place that you never spoke with or had contact with?? My overall experience with U-Haul was awful. I was late to my storage unit due to payment and lock issues on U-Haul side. therefore I had to find and pay for another set of movers. Moving is stressful enough without these issues!!
