The location and vehicle it self were perfect, the user friendly aspect was not. I tried to pick up my uhaul at the scheduled time and it said I needed to call the help desk. I did that and the lady was amazing and did everything she could however it took close to an hour. I'm sure these things happen but it made me late on my delivery.

The uhaul app required to pick up the truck wouldn't process correctly. I had to call the 800 number bc of the issues with the app. I would Never use the app again for pick up or drop off. Horrible customer service experience !!!!! I had no documentation of mileage or issues with truck at pick up once pictures uploaded I couldn't find them or any documentation of mileage and fuel level.

jesus wWorst experience ever. Not going to a store but picking it up on a remote location. Took over 2 hours to get the key and they still charged me for the time. What a rip-off
julie mThe instructions for drop off (after hours) were not clear at all. It took us about 15 minutes to figure out how we were supposed to drop off the truck while the business was closed. Very frustrating after a bery long day of moving.
Lily RHave staff be informed about having customers just use the web browser to check in when the app is malfunctioning. I sat on hold for 45 mins to be transfered to UHaul customer service and missed my reservation time when all the Haslet Boat & RV Storage staff member could have said "try logging on since the app wont pull your location"
