I have no other real comment for this drop off location as there was no one there at the time of drop off. However, you did make the drop off extremely easy by providing a box to put my contract in and being able to just drop the trailer. So I will select no since there was no one there. I tried to submit my comments and my answers above but It would not allow me to select not applicable for rating "where the personnel helpful at the drop off location". Why would I select anything other than not applicable? If there was not anyone available I should be allowed to select that and move on.
Kelly RThere was no local truck available so I had to pickup 21 miles from my home, at Heartland Auto Towing and Recovery in Delta, MO. I asked for in-office paperwork but when I arrived for my reservation slot, the office was closed. The operator was out driving a truck to the Port and I had to wait nearly an hour for him to get back in the office. Further, he tried to charge me an additional $100 more than the price I had reserved online.
Joe KMr. Cook was very helpful and accommodating. Would recommend to family to use this location.
