Dropped vehicle at facility before open hour. Drop site was sketchy, not sure initially where to park the truck.
David SMy trailer had the wrong wheel/rim on it and it was running on the frame of the trailer. The tire blew out as well as another tire during my rental period leaving me stranded on the side of the road. The truck wasn't clean at all, the dash and cup holders were a mess and there was sand and dirt in the cab.
David WContinue to be the best in all areas I just wanna say, that U-Haul was the best decision I ever made to go with. I had car trouble to my destination and the U-Haul in Merrillville, Indiana was absolutely fantastic and took great care of my rental U-Haul while my car was being repaired. The U-Haul toll-free number they were So knowledgeable, friendly, understanding and caring to my needs at that moment when I was scared And frustrated. The U-Haul return was easy and stress-free in Jacksonville, NC.
Derek MShe was unable to figure out how to check the uhaul in then locked herself out of her iPad. Needed to call for help.
Valerie CThe on line check in process was pretty cumbersome. I had to get a customer service person on the phone to be able to complete it. The customer service person was extremely helpful, but the process itself is pretty cumbersome.
Lisa WReception was not great so online check in process took a long time. Lock was difficult to get open.
