Maybe a little more oversight in the connecting process. We were told to just go connect, take a picture of connection and go. A few miles down the road we got a text with instructions to take pictures of the four sides condition, before we left the parking lot. We stopped and did that on the road. They should have overseen all those details before we left.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisNothing to improve on , great customer service, friendly and super helpful staff, the auto transport I rented was clean, great tires , and pulled like it was new, thanks again
BRIAN WThe safety chains were not usable with my vehicle, hooks were too small, I had to purchase 2 D-nuts to secure chains.
HAROLD FDropped vehicle at facility before open hour. Drop site was sketchy, not sure initially where to park the truck.
David SMy trailer had the wrong wheel/rim on it and it was running on the frame of the trailer. The tire blew out as well as another tire during my rental period leaving me stranded on the side of the road. The truck wasn’t clean at all, the dash and cup holders were a mess and there was sand and dirt in the cab.
