We returned the U Haul a day early and with more gas than what was given to us. Do we get a refund of any kind?

This is the third time dropping off at this location in the past couple of months. This last time the cashier had no idea how to check in the truck. I used the drop box and that worked out, but it was shocking to me there wasn't someone working that could help me if needed.

Lynne WThis location was a grocery store that happened to have some U-Haul trailers in the parking lot. We were sent there because our trailer had broken down, but the personnel at the location had no knowledge of U-Haul arranging for a replacement trailer there. They did ultimately get things straightened out with U-Haul, but it took quite some time.
Michael GGas tank was on empty then was charged for not filling to where they wanted it. Wasn't shown nor did I sign the contract. Did not have a good system in place to deal with uhaul and store customers. Overall employees did not seem invested with my concerns or comments will never rent uhaul here again.
