If you have Verizon service, you are SCREWED in this location. My cell service was terrible, and it took forever to upload pictures, etc. It just took forever to get the whole pick up done.

Oddly enough, Uhaul's app said the location was closed but the store location was indeed open at 6PM. Either way, I did not interract with anyone from the location and simply followed the Uhaul app instructions for dropping the trailer off.

Cynthia BNo one on duty capable of processing U-Hauls. Had to call someone at home and do it remotely. I was SUPPOSED to rent from the Peoria Allen Rd location, but they changed it to Henry with 24 hours remaining. That's 45 minutes north adding an hour an a half to an already busy day. Bad U-Haul! Bad!
Douglas KWe returned the U Haul a day early and with more gas than what was given to us. Do we get a refund of any kind?
