MICHAEL BThe experience I had with your company was very positive overall and I would like to add that the young lady who worked for Hensler’s U-Haul rental was great she took me through the whole process with the utmost professionalism.
LINDA MIt was a bit confusing as to where the driveway to park was located. We saw all the trucks parked in a different lot, and pulled in there, but that was not where the key drop was located. Also, cell service prevented posting photos.
Robert EThis location does not presently show up on your website as a pickup/dropoff location. It needs to be added. Personnel here were helpful and very friendly.
