The app was terrible and didn't work, it kept freezing when I was trying to check out the truck so I wasn't able to upload pictures before I left. The truck was mostly clean but there was some garbage left under both seats and in one of the door pockets.

Nothing the uhaul was clean and the people were very nice will definitely rent again

Dear U-Haul, I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent rental experience. Unfortunately, it rained on the day of my trip, and I discovered water leaking into the truck. This resulted in damage to several of my belongings. While I understand that the rain itself is not U-Haul's responsibility, I believe the truck's condition was a contributing factor to the damage. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter further. Thank you for your attention to this issue. Sincerely, Mike M

I was slightly confused as to where to leave the vehicle at. I dropped off after business hours so there was no one there to assist.

Had to do mobile pick up due to location being closed on a Saturday. Had a terrible experience took me over an hr to get my truck after being transfered 3 times and being on hold for over 20 minutes other than that everything was good

At this location hired movers from u haul switched all of our belonging. They were awesome. Unfortunately it was an older truck with worn on the outside and needed to be balanced. Needless to say wedrove that truck for over 2 000 miles. With it shaking and bumping. There were no other trucks to be found at that time. We spent 2 nights in the Holiday Inn waiting. Of course we had to pay for there waiting days.

Google maps route went to an old bridge with low clearance so had to find an alternate route. May be worth noting that in advance

I came after hours, the online drop off was not working. I dropped it off a day early. Called the next day several times, no one answered. Left a voicemail saying I would come gas up or do any paper necessary to check out. Never heard from Them until I got a bill

We were unable to find moving blankets within 50 miles!
