JAMES EWaited 3 days for the larger trailer I wanted to be returned but never was. Eventually had to settle for a smaller trailer that required more back and forth trips. Given that this location is the only one on the island that rents the 12 foot trailers, it would be nice if they were given more than 1 to rent.
MARK Horiginal drop off location that we were told to go to and did go to was not set up as a valid uhaul drop off location until the following week and they did not know how to help us. We had to call uhaul main office that had to find us a new drop off location that was about 25 miles away but they gave us additional free miles so we did not have to pay any additional fees. but the 30 minute return process ended up taking almost 2 hours instead. it was a little frustrating after a long day of moving.

CARROLL WThis is the second time I have dropped off a truck at this location. Staff was very friendly and helpful both times. They are great people. I will use this location in the future if given the opportunity.

RACHAEL CThe utility dolley was not in the truck when i did the mobile pick up, and i was not notified it was not available. I had to contact 3 people to find out they did not have one in stock, but they called back a few hours later saying they had one, so we stopped and went to pick it up. No discount offered for all the effort and wasted time we went through for this

LEON OWish I needed to pick up truck during open hours. On-line pick up n drop off is quite taxing! I feel you should of paid me! Or received discount, Self help, Felt like I had a job with the on line check in pick up Its nice to have this option when needed. Would of been quicker if i did process during hours open..

Ronald MWe weren't sure if the truck we had reserved was the one left up front. When I took the key out of the lock box, the key did not open the truck left in the front of the building so we had to go to the back to find the truck. I wish the instructions had been a bit more clear as to whether we were supposed to look in the back for the truck as it was a bit confusing . The online chat was great and helped make speed up the process as there was some technical issues but my in person experience wasn't so great.

ALIKE RMy only issue is that it appears I was charged for the dollie. I didn't use your dollie. I had 4 of my own. I've rented from Hicks multiple times and they are always prepared and professional.
