Ms. Joy called me with a follow up to make sure I was still coming to pick up the item and I really appreciated that reminder and she was quick with getting me in and out with the process and having someone there to hookup the trailer/hitch. I just love their professionalism. I will use this U-haul again. Thanks Ms. Joy for all your assistance. Keep up the good work!
