Nothing bad about location but the app needs to be fixed ..Always getting some errors when picking up or returning after hours

lisa oThis location is only open 4 hours. 9am to 1pm. We were on a tight time table and we showed up just before 9am. The young man who works there did not show up until 9:15. Did not assign us any particular trailer number just said "OK you're all set" No trailer number on the contract for when we turned it in, in another state. We also had to go back inside to get him to come out and clean out the trailer. It had mud and leaves inside. No apology. I have dealt with U-Haul for years and just love the customer service we have received from other locations. We will not be returning here. U-Haul is great not so much this location.

John TNot help full and lied about needing gas. Truck was picked up with a little less than a quarter tank and returned the same way. Refused to look at pictures as proof.

Gregory GDid not put requested equipment so my furniture was not protected and I had ptobkems with camera had to call customer service who had to change settings in phone. Frustrating when you trying to move. It should be more compatible. All the photos were annoying

Harriet SU-Haul needs to do something about their on-line check in. Twice at 2 different locations we were not able to confirm the truck was returned because locations could not be found even though this was the approved drop spot. Was extremely aggravated with not being able to drop truck at a more convenient location even though I chose not to leave vehicle at the choices I was given. Phone representative refused to accept the first location and made us drive to a facility much farther away adding to the already long day we were experiencing. You must do better.

Patricia LThe U-Haul truck itself is fine. Unfortunately when we rented the Uhaul going one way using cash the person who rented us the U-Haul ask for a $100 cash deposit which would be paid back when we delivered the Uhaul to the U-Haul dealer in our area. Since this happened I have learned that on a one-way trip $100 cash deposit is not to be collected. This is where the problem originated. When I went to return the truck at the location given to me to drop off the truck( Pinehurst Avenue in Aberdeen North Carolina) the person responsible for checking in the Uhaul said he did not know what I was talking about when I ask for my deposit back and offered no other suggestion. I asked him if he wanted to call U-Haul and he told me he didn't do that and he has no money for me. He dropped the key on the ground and told me to go take the truck somewhere else. I asked him what I was doing wrong and asked him why he was so upset. He said I don't have any f****** money for you and get the f*** off my property before I call the cops. I left his property and called you all. Thankfully there was another dealer in the area that was willing to work with me and get my deposit back ( this is the area I was asked to rate as my drop off location oh, so I gave 5 stars because this person actually wanted to help) as far as the person working on Pinehurst Avenue in Aberdeen North Carolina, I feel very strongly that this person should not be working for U-Haul or with the general public period.

billy wAsked when cc would be changed, they said Monday come to find out it was charged on Friday , now big deal I just needed to transfer money to my account, lucky I checked that account in tme so I didn't get over draft change, also the first time I picked up a rental that had less than a 1/4 tank of fuel ,
