The pickup & delivery process was a rather long & confusing process, another lady was struggling with it herself when we were there as well. I believe that this is more of a "U-Haul Corporate" program, rather than something set up by the owners of this location. The location was excellent, unfortunately I had NO idea that it was even THERE! Way more convenient than having to drive miles and miles to pick up/drop off a rental. Will use this location again!
