Very helpful location. The only thing was because we had a specific address to drop off the dolly (It was close when we arrived), we had to call Uhaul office to have the destination for the drop off. People there were very helpful and went out of their way to help.

PAUL MI was ripped of on the fuel charges. The location is at a gas station. I filled the rank to the 1/4 full mark.nibkade sure. I was still charged for fuel. I feel this is dishonest. The location is quite a ways out of town, so I am pay mileage just for picking up and dropping off the vehicle. Worst U-Haul experience ever. I will tell everyone to avoid this location.
FERNANDO AThey tried to be but both girls had been newly hired the day or two before and could not speak understandable English and did not seem to know the process for returning a truck! Also we had a very difficult time finding out which location we had to return to but were told if we returned to wrong location it would cost us 250.00. Ridiculous!!
pat mNo way to reserve truck no way to be sure you will have one. That is less than a 4 hour drive they say you have a truck when you get their it is gone
JOHN CThese people were super friendly! They seem a little unsure of the process, I was their very first customer. Had some bumps, got it sorted. Once they get the routine down, they will be amazing!! Just such friendly folks. I would recommend!
