The person I worked with was great, he was very helpful in the trailer hookup. I'll go back next time I need to rent a U-Haul.

David Sthis was not the drop off location. location was changed mid move to another location.
David Kthis was the worst trailer in 25 years of driving trailers. had a nail in the tire and when told about it said at its not punched through yet. worst fish tailing ever. loaded correctly. the tires were too inflated but when you put to right pressure it would fish tail more.
Benjamin SWe had issues getting our UHaul on an early morning mobile pickup. A customer of the business accidentally parked our UHaul truck in after hours. We were not able to get our truck out at all. I called the owner of the detailing business early in the morning and he was SUPER helpful. He helped us get our truck out quickly and we were on our way. Fortement recommandé!

KEENAN KI originally rented from coffee trader in Hartford and that owner did not show or answer call. Apparently this is a common occurrence so not sure why he's still allowed to represent U-Haul. But I called U-Haul and they put me in touch with hitting all the marks detailing and the owner of this business was wonderful and helped me with everything I needed. Would definitely recommend this location.

Drew DLeft taillight of the u-haul dolly trailer was out , would recommend checking those before renting! Tire straps wouldn't stay on for more than a few miles. But it got our car to our location safely. So thank you

Alvin BIt would have been helpful to know another phone number contact would need to be made before I was qualified to pick up the truck. I wasted an hour of time trying to get into the vehicle. The pads I ordered were not in the truck. Once I was able to speak to a real person, the rental progressed smoothly enough. However, I will check with other rental companies before using Uhaul again.

dean sEverything went very smoothly from pick up to drop off and there were no surprises when I saw the receipt. Only down side is they didn't have the furniture pads I requested but they did give me advance notice and I was able to make sheets and blankets work. Great experience overall.

John HIt was slightly difficult to find because it was in an unfamiliar location, but once I got down there [physically, it was much easier to figure out how to drop it off. Additionally, John, the member of the personnel team I interacted with, was incredibly nice and caring. He was the one who caught the mileage error and gave me a call to let me know things weren't right. I appreciated that very much.

Bruce PThe person who helped me was veery pleasant. Returning the equipment was difficult for two reasons. First, U'Haul's app would not let me sign in. I tried resetting my password multiple days using email and text. U'Haul's app has been problematic for years so that was no surprise. So, I had to call. Thankfully, the wait was short at night. It is normally very long. Second, it was hard to back in as the only spot open was behind the building. There's an alley, but there was a car parked behind the building in front of the spot. It was night. It was muddy or at least unpacked and sloppy and slightly raining. My wife had to be out there. Would I go here again? Absolutely. That's partly because another place in Colgate has a rude owner and partly because these people were pleasant.
