AUBREY T45 min to check in through app. 1st time rented Uhaul in New Mexico was advised we needed 1 referal. Then this last time app showed 2 referrals needs. After completing both app would not finalize. We called and they made us get one additional reference. His reasoning since we are out of state we need 3 references. Makes no sense.
DON JHaving to use the app to try to confirm the reservation was very complicated and took way too long and having to call customer service several times get help was just as frustrating, this process needs to be more simplified and efficient...

ANNE HMade a reservation for truck and trailer, then was told trailer was in El Paso which is 100 mikes away, so we agreed upon a 6x12 trailer they had in their yard. Daily I took screenshots of reservation, but when I called a few hours before, the trailer wasn't there. I don't care about excuses or anything I reserved a trailer! So I noticed one in the yard and took that one. Being disabled, it's a good thing I didnt need exact dimensions!! Total disappointment. They are nice there but I shouldn't have to figure.out how to fix my reservation! Make sure you have what is reserved, reserved, or what is the point.

Steve CAn easy return, which I appreciated after driving this truck for 2000 miles pulling my car behind it...with my cat in the cab for five days! The trip from Florida to New Mexico was a nightmare, but thankfully, HOBBS BROTHERS INC. made my return easy, quick and pain-free!

Margaret CAbsolutely wonderful experience from start to finish using Hobbs Uhaul. Ami was so very pleasant and efficient, ensuring everything went very well. Hobbs brothers also has a full service mechanic on site so I left my truck for repair as well. The best one stop shop!

Sergio AMake the online return easier and more efficient! I have a problem almost every time, including this time! I was also going to be charged for a 2 day rental when it was NOT being returned late but was in fact early. I had to contact the after hours number for the contactor, to rectify the situation!! That just makes me returning the trailer more difficult!!
CYNTHIA JI always rent from the same location. They provide excellent customer service and go out of their way to help you! I am habitually having a problem with the after hours return through Uhaul however. Yet again on this rental there was an issue! Which necessitated a call to Uhaul where I sat on hold almost 20 minutes waiting for someone to take my call!!!! Just so I could be told...yes there is an issue, we well place notes on your account, call back to the facility on Monday an turn it in! There has to be a better way!! My time is valuable!!! Once I have completed my contractual obligation of the return..in this case before the return time....IM DONE!!! Your property is on premise!!! This is getting ridiculous because your website NEVER works!!!
