TIMOTHY BNo space to enter and park the truck, no enough light, very dangerous big hole at the entrance, isolated location with no gas station nearby, so I had to pay extra money with you. Please inform the customer in advance for the location conditions for we take a decision. Awful returning experience!

PAUL ESelf-pickup really doesn't work well here. I had to wait an extended amount of time because only one person seemed to be working, and there was a customer ahead of me. The process is not as efficient as at other places I've rented from. I didn't appreciate being scolded while trying to back up my truck to connect a trailer hitch. I explained that my backup camera gets washed out by the sun, so I couldn't clearly see the hitch. The employee insisted that I should never rely on my camera. While I don't do this often, I have enough experience backing up my truck at other locations where they bring the trailer to you, making it easier. Since this place had no pavement and was basically just dirt, it was difficult to maneuver, and they also close on Sundays. Although it's not far from my house, I find it to be worse than going to the other rental location, even though it's a few miles farther and involves heavy traffic. Overall, it was just an okay experience.

jon wWhen I reserved the truck, it was to be available (and confirmed by email) at Economy Tire. I arrived at Economy Tire at 8 a.m. and no record of my reservation. The owner contacted U-Haul and found out that they reserved my truck at a different location (thanks for the heads-up, not). Upon arrival at Hogtown, they did not have the size of truck that I reserved. The owner quickly substituted with a one size larger truck (at no additional cost). Poor corporate performance, redeemed by local U-Haul rep/store. Great job Hogtown!

Grzegorz KThe guy that ran the location was a complete asshole he was rude then hooked up the trailer and left never checked the lights never said a work just put it on my truck and walked away. Got down the street a few miles and got pulled over for no lights luckily the cop was nice about it. Then dropping it back off the same guy was there and it was the worst experience I've ever had at a uhaul dealer. I have to rent a trailer again this week and I refuse to go back to this guy complete asshole who needs a attitude check and training on how to do his job
