PETTIE MIt is a really long progress to check in and return especially after moving for 12 or 13 hrs.
Pat RThere is a leak in the truck cab. I drove through three hours of rain and my shirt was soaked. I believe the leak was coming from the seatbelt connection. Truck ran and handled great.

Toby TI was a little disappointed. I had rented the truck through Monday, June 24 but ended up turning it in early on Saturday, and there was no reimbursement for the early turn in. If I had known that I would taken my time emptying the truck!

Three hours later we were referred to the uhaul office in Ramer TN. We are grateful for her knowledge and honesty. ( I'm sorry I can't remember her name) Sincerely, James and Rhonda Eads

Tommy TThis was a terrible experience. We had a voucher from my work to pay for this u haul. Once we arrived they had no clue what a voucher was and although the u haul had already been ordered through the mobile app which I showed the representative they could not give it to me. We ended up having to pay for it ourselves and when the lady reached out to someone with uhaul travel services for assistance she had no idea and continued to say she could not help us and she did not know what to do.
