uhaul system was down according to female counter worker so she said to drop the trailer anywhere and would email proof of return when she could. I had to unhook by myself since no one else was working. I still am assuming that Uhaul and I have completed our contract but no proof of it

this really isn't a slam on the business other than the fact that when I called U-Haul to switch the delivery location to Corsicana (3 times on Memorial Day and they answered within 3 rings each time - amazing!) I was told they would be opened until 5:00pm. I drove 45 minutes to drop off here only to arrive at 4:45 and find they were closed. I totally get it but I had a bit of a panic attack. I called U-Haul again and they told me I could drop it off at the lot. I didn't need them to be around - whew! That part was also super easy - using the app to take pictures and show I had delivered it as promised. Honestly, U-Haul has the best national customer service (see 3 calls on Memorial Day above) and the app is fantastic. I wouldn't rent anywhere else.

Oretha NThis is the 3rd or 4th time I have used this location and they are ALWAYS friendly and professional. Sorry I can't remember the ladies name but she is GREAT!! World class!! The only suggestion I have is for Uhaul to put hand cranks on the 6x12 trailers like they have on the Hauler. Those 6x12 are too heavy for a person or persons to lift.

Larry EThis place was fine, but Uhaul really screwed up. This was the second location that Uhaul sent me to. The first location was unmanned, and while the truck was there, there was an attached trailer that I did not order and could not remove, causing me to have to find another pick up location. Fortunately, Uhaul customer service was able to find another location (Hood Service Company) in time, as I had movers coming to my house. I do want to complain about the Tucker Town location in Corsicana, which was the original location. They were not open and did not answer the phone and had not properly prepared for my rental. Very poor marks and a big inconvenience. I will probably try another rental company next time.
