Not an actual U-haul business location. Just a partnered drop-off. I did however get in contact with the check-in person and was helped very quickly and told my deposit would be given back. Besides still waiting for that to come through, I have no complaints.

Jesse GCustomer need to be informed of the process of picking up a truck from a pick up site. I asked the guy there if there was some one to inspect the truck with me. There wasn't. I inspected and took pictures myself. Then noticed the equipment I had reserved was not there. After going back inside, I was informed that the equipment is not garuntkeed. I spent most of the next day trying to find a dolly. The truck was not the size I originally reserved, causing multiple trips on a one way rental.

Ronald dAll I can say it was an experience. Everyone I dealt with was very nice. I have a few issues here and there, but overall things went smoothly.
JOHN SI did not have a phone number when I got there. Clerk from store called. He had trouble getting the key out of the lock box. Also . . . My reservation couldn't be guaranteed. I was called and told I would get a call back on Thursday (for a Saturday rental) to let me know. I was told that the 15' truck I reserved was not available but they could give me the 20' truck at the 15' truck rate. I was charged full price
