When I picked the truck the inside was a dream come true and I loved the cruse control . When we lifted up the back ready to pack it we found a lot of dirt and a lot of broken glass that was disappointed the glass was everywhere I bet it was a broken mirror.

Clayton EThe truck was in bad mechanical shape. The brakes shook the steering wheel every time I had to stop and the front end seemed like it needed to be re-built. It had tons of play in the steering. I took a short trip, but I would hate to have had that truck to go out of state.
eric SIn the middle of nowhere connected to a gas station. Upon return of uhaul, I anticipated being able to refuel on site. Gas station closed on Sunday, and no other stations nearby. I had to choose between mileage or Gas fee. Ended up paying over 400 for less than 48 hour In town rental. Never again.

NOEL TThis location is in a strip mall and there is no uhaul sign to indicate which door to go in. They were in a hardware store at the opposite end of the strip mall from the uhaul itself. The person who helped me had never done a uhaul before and it took a long time as he had to call someone to help him get into the computer and then had to have them walk him the it. He was very friendly and kept apologizing and even came back out to explain what the light on the dash was all about. Hopefully the next customer will not have to wait so long. And getting a sign on the hardware shop would help.
