CRAIG EAll is well! No improvement needed. Howards Lawn & Garden is customer oriented and Jerry (sp?) who handles Uhaul is super helpful. It was important to me he took the time to show my the fuel chart and how to use it in order to fill the gas back up to its starting point when finished! He also provided my with affiliated movers info, which services I used for my move, and they were excellent! Thank you Jerry for making a stressful move a bit less so!

TRACY CVehicle was still a bit dirty from a previous rental but they apologized for that even before I took possession of the rental. Otherwise it was a great experience. The gentleman who assisted me was great. Merci.

THOMAS PI was charged a $25 "cleaning fee" for not folding 6 blankets that I had used in the move. I called and told them that I did not see that anywhere in the paperwork and they told me it was on a sticker in the back of the truck. I told them that I and my fellow helper never saw that sticker and that we were working in the dark. I also told them that I thought it was a shady practice not to inform people to their face when you are telling them that the blankets are in the back. I never got a return call back after being told that he would see what he could do.
Ernest BI dropped off the truck and left the key in the drop box slot. I wish I had known the open hours as I don't usually like leaving a vehicle like this. Otherwise. I would have kept the truck at my home until the next day. I answered NO to the question "were the personnel helpful" since I didn't interact with anyone there.

MICHAEL HThe only complaint I have is we were told 79 cents per mile and we were charged 99 cents per mile. Also I'm not sure why we were charged a cleaning fee as there was nothing to clean. The after hours charge also wasn't mentioned. Make sure ALL charges are told to customers and the correct pricing.

ANGEL EThe dolly was not included and the truck was dirty all the way up the the front outside. I muck didn't matter necessarily, but the nonexistent dolly we ordered did. I believe they were supposed to call us the day before and they did not. I don't know how scheduled out pick up on a Sunday at 8am, but we did not. As a result we were unable to pick up the truck until an hour after we arrived. Ridiculous.
