SERGIO GI didn't see any personnel because it was closed, but I didn't want to ding their metrics. Y'all should add an option that states "did not interact with personnel" so you get more accurate metrics

BRYAN RTires should have a scheduled safety check. The tire on the trailer we rented had a blow out. The tire completely ripped apart off the rim. The help which was called from uhaul to replace the tire was very quick and efficient.

MARIA HHad the worst experience. First uhaul drop off location was no longer a drop off location I called customer support several times to be hung up on and transferred several times. I had to tell them I was leaving the trailer at any location I found and they could figure it out. After about 30 mins and over 5 calls someone finally sent us a new drop off location. This is uncalled for and extremely unprofessional.

STEVE ASince this location does not open until 9AM, UHaul should not schedule returns prior to 9 AM. Mine was due at 8:17 AM. The manager corrected the extra day that UHaul was trying to bill me.

ROSALIO CI could not unload because the lock on the truck dosent work and i was charge for two days because i turned the truck in late , i was told by the lady at the counter that i was going to get refunded for the extra day that i was charged with but i still don’t see the funds back into my account , if you guys have any questions please call me at 956-322-7452 And yes when i got to the property to return the truck i showed the lady who received the truck and saw that the lock dosent work and explained to her the situation

MARIA LLights need to work. She checked turn signals and brake but when I was driving at night I had no lights in trailer. Got pulled over. Should get a refund for the inconvenience and cost.
