Cristobal Vthey tried to charge me almost double of the quote I got when I made the reservation. I reserved a truck at a Uhaul store to avoid this kind of treatment, but was rescheduled the day before pickup.
ROBERT WI appreciate renting a newer vehicle. I might recommend an easier type of combination lock on the back of the vehicle.
DAVIS FNo one was there to help me turn in the truck because the location didn't open until 10:00am and the truck was due by 9:44 am so I had to do everything myself thanks to the owner of the pick up location in Hemet.

Yaser AHad a problem when I picked up the truck. My email said it would be ready at 9 AM. it was not ready until 10 AM. Very disappointed. Also I took a picture of my mileage when I got to my destination they were trying to charge me miles thank God that I took a picture of my miles before. I drove off the location where I picked up the truck. I have proof so they could not charge me those miles ..

Ismael GI was told from the gentleman at the pickup location that if I returned the truck a day early I would get refunded the second day, that wasn't true. I was very disappointed when I found this out. The truck also had a bald driver tire and the alignment was bad(had to hold the steering wheel off center to go straight).

GONZALO GI got there on time checked in online and had to wait there almost a hr because the guy didn't know how to check me in and then the uhaul had a lock on it he couldn't get out then the uhaul was under empty fuel.
