I was charged through the app for my rental and the person in the store I went to get the keys from said I had to pay in there. So I was charged twice. This is a terrible place to rent from.

Antoinette CThe Lady who works there , Shay, took great care of me. She was very professional and kind unlike the people in the Colerain location who were extremely rude . Manager included. I would recommend this location to all my friends and family. I will definitely go back if I never needed another uhaul.

Andrea SThe gps pin point was completely wrong so I was unable to check in took an entire hour After my reservation to get me into the truck. I Also paid for a dolly there was NO dolly. As convenient as contactless check ins can be this is why it nice to have some form of a human presence around
