Easy self storage through the app. I just reserved a unit and paid, although it said a medium unit was $80 then after all the fees it ended up being $125. I was emailed all the info and moved in easily, just had to bring my own lock.

Trent WImprove your customer service over the phone. They are not knowledgeable and were unable to assist with issues. over an hour on the phone waiting only to be disconnected. Calling back was a waste of time as your reps could not help.

ROSITA SReservation was moved to this location. They did NOT have the utility dolly I reserved. Ironically, I went to my original reserved location and rented a utility dolly separately.

Jamie NAllow more pictures to be uploaded of dirty vehicles. Better explain what to take a picture of for the cab of the vehicle. Like inside or outside. My truck had mud in it from the feet of the two that rode in it.
VINCENT DThe only issue I had was with the priciing/cost of the rental.. I rented in July 2022 from Texas to Arizona at 1/4 of the cost for Arizona to MIssouri.

RAY RI ets out of the army. I was very excited about going back home and 10 mins in to my trip the rental broke down and it took 7+ hours to get me moving back again. Not happy

John TI was suppose to get a 20 foot truck for the price of the smaller truck because another store didn't have my size..so when I was sent to this store.. he had issues with order and stated it wouldn't process it.. so had to redo order and end up paying 20 foot price..not discounted.. Your milage rate for in tonw was bad.. I had to have truck and will not recommend on the in town price

Owner locks your container after one day past bill due date, recommend putting 2 locks on your door!!! Oh and good luck finding someone in the office to pay so your not late, seems like one employee with his own imaginary hours
