Make drop off area more noticeable, had to drive around as the gate was closed.
richard lthe place I picked it up at in Ft Myers knew I was going on a LONG trip yet they had a tire that was worn and come to find it had a large "plug" in the middle of the tire..I almost hit a semi on the highway because the backend started swerving ....VERY DANGEROUS. I Immediately pulled and called to come have the tired changed.
ROGER SExtremely bad. Was charged 203 dollar for a track i drove 18,8 miles. Will never again rent a uhaul and am disputing the charged in my bank for fraud

LUIS MTruck broke down multiple times. The check engine light was on, brakes were bad and no one seemed to care. A lot of money spent for poor service
JESSICA LI requested a furniture dolly and it was added to my total. No furniture dolly was available. The truck was dirty. For example, there was a used qtip and sock in the storage area. The truck also had a driver side head light out causing unsafe driving conditions at night. All in all, I am unsatisfied and at the very least deserve the dolly refunded
JESSICA MPoor customer service. No English speaker.. was pointlessly rushed and gawked at.. man got into his vehicle & intentionally pretended like he was about to leave me unhelped… then continued to get angry because we were unable to Properly communicateregarding U-Haul transaction..

ELIZABETH RThe person behind the desk spoke no English whatsoever. It was very hard to communicate. He was a very kind gentleman did the best he could. Also, the truck I was given only had an eighth of a tank of gas and there were no gas station available for days i was running on fumes. I had no other choice.
VERNON WWe did U HAUL a courtesy move, by trailing an additional trailer behind our rental truck from West Coast Florida to the east coast. We thought we were being nice and saved us $75, will never do that again. UHaul said we could drop the extra trailer off at our same location, however when we go to the location to drop it, they were not able to receive it. After 15 minutes of trying to figure out where to go with this extra trailer, they said to take to another location. Which was 5 miles further from my destination. When we go to the location, no one helped me. Everyone sat around on their phones. They finally helped and I was able to drop off the courtesy trailer that we brought over. This ended up delaying my move in start time from 1pm to 2 pm....in which I had hired Uhaul movers to help me unload and they started at 1.....but obviously couldn't start until we actually arrived. So me helping out U Haul turned into a a major mess...everything was delayed and I would never do that again.

LUIS MThe guys at the shop were nice and helpful, but the location didn't have the pads and dolly that I had reserved. Why did UHaul send me to a location without the equipment I ordered? Or at least provide me with information on where to get what I needed. We ended up driving around to find what we needed.
MICHAEL LTruck was dirty. I had to hook up the trailer myself, they barely spoke English, the truck was poorly maintained. Truck wasn't ready for me it was back in a storage area I had to pull it out myself. I had a tire blow out on my 1400 mile trip. The truck pulled hard to the right. To much to keep listing. This was one the worst experience with U-haul I have had.
Dwane DEven though it was self drop off, there was still an attendant on duty who directed where to park it and unhooked it for me. Nice guy !!!
sydney hI reserved a hand truck, they didn't have one. The van was fairly new but had a terrible smell and there were cockroaches in the door sills and weather stripping. They did not have anyone who spoke English and it was not disclosed. The starting milage was wrong on the contract, I tried to explain it and get it corrected. I showed the guy that it was wrong. He said "no problem". After I turned it back in after only driving 32 miles, I asked him again, he pointed at the estimated total and said that's what I would pay. After I got my receipt, I was charged for 66 miles @ 0,99/mi. It wasn't worth trying to get my $30+ dollars back because I knew he wouldn't understand. Lesson learned.

Luis MUncomfortable location. Received a call 3 weeks after drop off to inquire about the drop off because they couldn't find the trailer. Individual who took are info when we dropped it off did not process the return. Poor service. This whole experience will steer me clear of renting from U haul.

Lazaro PI was told by customer service on the phone that my $50 coupon would be redeemed here, however, the attendant, Luis, also refused to honor it. I was also told by customer service that the $170,6 hold on my bank account would be reimbursed once I dropped off the trailer, however, that hasn't happened either. MY EXPERIENCE WITH U-HAUL HAS BEEN A COMPLETE DISAPPOINTMENT AND I WOULD NEVER, EVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. It appears there is little to no communication regarding policies and practices, as every step of the way has been an issue or problem.

HUNT BWe set a reservation time for 10:00 a.m., there were people waiting for the guy to show up. He did not get there till 10:45. When you are on a time crunch to return a truck by 4:00 p.m. it isn't right. There should be a discount. I will not rent from this place again. And on top of that the gas tank was not full when we picked it up. My husband had to call the guy and let him know that he had people waiting. He said he would be there in 5 or 10 minutes but it was more like 30 minutes. Terrible way to run a business

Daniel HI rent U-Haul trucks a lot. This location is the ABSOLUTE worst. Beside them opening extremely late, the customer service sucked. And now they have me as abandoning the vehicle even though the vehicle was returned a whole hour before the time I was supposed to return it. Do NOT rent or pick up your truck from these people. And truthfully, it's not so much the man as it is the woman. Due to her not being able to speak English it minimizes her ability to adequately provide good customer service
