I returned the equipment at 0900 and he didn't check it in until 5PM and charged me for another day.

I arrived 15 minutes before my scheduled pick up time and received my truck 30 minutes after my pick up time. The customer service was poor, and I was being asked questions that I had already filled out online like "Do you want the protection plan?" "How many miles are you driving?" "What equipment do you want?". I don't know why I filled out an info form at that point. I couldn't really understand what he was saying and it sounded like he could care less about being there or helping me out. I ordered a dolly online to assist my move and when I opened the truck, there was none. I was worried about being late so I tried to call him given the number that was supplied on the UHAUL website, but it was disconnected. My experience dealing with UHAUL was very easy and straightforward, I had to reach out to UHAUL in order to reach the business I had rented from, so my experience dealing with UHAUL was very positive, however I would NEVER recommend anyone pick up from this location - I felt as if I had to do his job for him.

The truck was full of roaches.

The drop off location key box was taped shut and had a sign posted on it saying "not an overnight drop off location, if you drop off truck after hours you will be charged extra, no 20" 26" trucks, no trailers". Les employés du magasin m'ont vu essayer de déposer mon véhicule, m'ont regardé, indifférents, et sont montés dans leur voiture et sont partis.

Le bouchon d'essence du camion est manquant et le voyant de vérification du moteur était allumé. La cabine avait des ordures du locataire précédent.

Des frais d'essence m'ont été facturés pour un camion que j'ai pris avec un quart de réservoir et que j'ai rendu avec un quart de réservoir. Des photos de toit sont disponibles. Lorsque j'ai appelé le magasin, ils ont déclaré ne pas savoir pourquoi j'ai dû payer deux fois et m'ont orienté vers le service à la clientèle U-Haul. J'ai attendu l'ouverture d'un dossier et jusqu'à 10 jours pour être remboursé. J'ai essayé de rappeler le magasin pour expliquer la situation, dont ils auraient déjà dû être au courant étant donné que c'est eux qui m'ont facturé, mais personne n'a décroché.

Disposez de l'équipement qui est réservé. Et le service à la clientèle est vraiment horrible. J'ai honte d'avoir travaillé pour U-Haul il y a des années. Je ne ferai plus appel à cette entreprise. Peu importe le coût de vos concurrents, je ferai appel à eux avant de passer chez U-Haul.

I had a reservation for 3-4 pm. I got to this location 15 minutes after 3 pm and the only person that could help me was on a break. I had to wait until she returned to be waited on. She was gone for 30 minutes. When I finally got the keys and inspected the truck, it had a check engine light on and a low tire pressure light on. I called and reported it to 1-800- u haul. I was told if the engine light had more then one light then I should worry about it. I was asked if the tire looked low and I said not really low. I was told it was fine. I explained that I rented on Friday and was not returning it till Tuesday and I was told it would be fine. When I dropped the truck off, I was told to just leave the key. I then was charged a $25 cleaning fee when there was nothing to clean. I even swept the back of the truck out, filled the gas tank and wiped the inside of the truck. I'm very disappointed in this location, the complete ordeal of renting from U-Haul and the way I was left to stand for an hour, there was no where to sit in the over stocked store. I am disabled and it definitely was not a friendly place to go to. I will not rent from U-Haul again.

No help. Need training from Uhaul on how to better operate under the company name. Did not close the rental contract until next day and completely out of contract time and customer had to contact upper management to settle this. Too much other businesses transactions going at this drop off location. I'll pay for mileage and use Uhaul to Uhaul.

The ladies at the store were very polite and helpful they made the transaction smooth. I was especially impressed with the turn in of the truck, quick and pleasant. I have used u haul many times and this was the best experience for sure.

They were not ready for us to pick it up or drop it off they took too long for everything when everything was done online. The truck was so dirty that I couldn't sit on the chair

I reserved my truck the day before, and when I went the next day to pick it up the person that was giving me the truck didn’t know what she was doing and she ended up creating a new order as if I was a walk-in, double charging me, and not even canceling my original order, she should have taken care of me better.

Truck was dirty, tank was not full as the paperwork indicated, only half the blankets paid for were available and they were dirty, had tape on them and were unfolded stuffed in a box.

The truck was dirty when I picked it up. The lady was super nice and picking it up and dropping off was easy. The truck was in good shape! Just needs cleaned :)

At this moment we have no idea how much was the rental!

The van was dirty and in need of a oil change. Also, I had to put in $18 of gas to go 24 miles round trip. That means someone prior did not fill the tank properly. Also, the 19,99 rental is vey miss leading. All said and done it was $41 and $18 for the gas. Very disappointed in the marketing deception.

The truck was messy, food on the floor, drink holder stain All over. Break on truck needs service. Overall, the location is okay and the attendant was very helpful.

Lady was very rude not only to me but to the customer that was trying to return a truck. She lied and said her system was down. If your system was down then how where you able to dispatch my truck. The bed of the truck was not clean and swept. The dolly was broken but she gave it to me anyway. I did self check in because I did not want to deal with her again. Very poor customer service

Skip the line is not an option here to get the key via mobile pick up. Employee was not friendly at all and service was not prompt. Dolly was not in the truck as requested, had to go back to pick it up.

I didn't get the text message to finish the check in until I was 15 miles away from the location. I had no internet connection to contact you. and the office was already closed.

This location over charge me, added insurance without my authorization and check in my vehicle later then the time I return it to charged me an extra date rental

better training for rental agent , agent on duty could not explain the what the insurance was for or what was covered , only the amount , manager was called on the phone to explain insurance coverage which i accepted , was a terribly long wait time in line , agent worked store, sends money grams etc , offering multi services with only one agent working , long wait time

truck was not where it was supposed to be ... was 1,6 miles away ... no worker would drive me there, had to walk in 90-degree heat ... truck had three bottles of old water ... did not have the 6 furniture pads i had ordered ... was not given the lock i had been told would be given to me ... knob of manual windows kept coming off ... service light was on most of the trip ... and the sun visor continually fell down -- it could not be inserted into its receptacle when not in use -- and with about 500 miles left in my trip, it actually CAME OFF .... EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED ,,,,, and to top all this off, after i had gotten my belongings stored on West Lake Meade Boulevard, where Sharon, owner (?) was very helpful, i got an email saying that U-Haul was sorry to hear that I had canceled my storage with them --- WHAT CANCELATION ??? -- my stuff is still there !!!!!!

This was suppsoed to be a no contact visit. It was far from that. truck wasn't cleaned but she did sweep it out. getting the key was a hassle. communication was poor. I was even told to go into the store to get the key. Store was not clean.

This was not the typical UHaul dealer. I had to bring blankets into this account. It was like a small grocery store. Only one person working

I booked over a week in advance drove 3 hours to pick up a 15 ft truck and they only had a 10 footer so I had to leave furniture behind. Hugh loss for me then I returned it a day early and was charged a after hours fee. This was such a disaster. Very unhappy.

Return was a complete nightmare. I returned the truck at 9pm(Sunday) I understand the location would be closed. Knowing this info I parked the truck in front of location to drop keys in box. The box had a huge note taped to it" No drops" I have proof photos upon request. I then called uhaul customer service. I assumed Due to covid 19 the wait time would be longer than usual. I waited 1 hr before Customer service answered. By this time I decided to drive the truck back to the west palm beach Location where I picked it up from. Maurice from customer service told me to drive back to the Port St. Lucie location to avoid extra fees. He also tried to contact and email the district manager at the location, both efforts returned void. Maurice said that he's notating the account, he apologized and we ended the call. Now that's 2 hrs!!! Drop off truck, waited for the location to open to return keys to attendant. This young lady who refused to give her name ( Haitian or Jamaican decent) would not accept the keys. She said we would need me to take the truck to another location she didn't want the truck there. After explaining to her the ordeal that I experienced. Her response was I can't take this truck. She stepped back, a gesture of not grabbing the keys. The keys was placed on the counter then exited the store. I hope this survey in no way damage the reputation of the pickup location. I don't like the fact that you get charged for every single Thing .. it's b.s. and I won't my $200 back! There's a crisis going on out here and you have the nerve to take so much money away from me and now my kids will starve. Have you no heart. It's gods Judgment day what side are you on.

I made complaints about recieving a dirty and damaged vehicle when I arrived and they just shrugged. CHILDREN were running the business and they didn't have a clue. When I say children, I mean 15 and under. A teenage girl checked me in and a prepubescent boy walked me to the truck and handed me the keys. On my drive, a COCKROACH crawled from out of the passenger side door panel up the window. It returned to its hiding place when I screamed and nearly swerved. The truck was FILTHY when I picked it up and the kids just shrugged at me. The entire experience was unacceptable, and I will search for a rental truck company that actually tries to do good business next time I need a truck... No one, across the board seemed to care about the cockroach infestation and I HOPE they didnt nest in any of my personal items.

The woman this I came in contact with was very rude and I had to wait 45 minutes and ask to please come check truck out and she bill me 142+ still waiting on bill to see why

This location should be closed as there're very unorganized and unprofessional. Staff actually refused to check in my uhaul since they were busy. She told me I should've choose another location like Bayshore!
